Thank you for taking the time to read our Terms & conditions. 
These conditions are aimed at protecting our customers and should help to make your shopping experience with Timeless Tiaras both pleasant and easy.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is paramount.  We will not pass your details to any third parties and we protect customer information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  Online transactions are securely processed through PayPal and we have no access to your credit card information.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or comments about privacy.

Payment
Orders are only accepted with payment in full.  Any card transactions must be paid through PayPal.  We also accept postal orders made payable to ‘K Ward’.

Design
Pins and combs can be designed to a specific style.  Each tiara is available in a variety of colours and crystals.  We can also design to match a particular theme.  Please contact us by email, or telephone on: (UK) 0191 256 6632; (International) +44 1912 566 632.

Delivery
Postage costs are confirmed at the PayPal checkout before submitting your order.
UK orders are sent in Royal Mail approved packaging.  If your order is urgent, it is advisable to contact us immediately so that your order can be given priority.
The price of international orders depends on delivery destination.
Most UK orders should be delivered within 14 days, however, delivery times may vary as each tiara is handmade to order.

Returns
Timeless Tiaras operates a ‘no quibbles’ refund policy.  In order to receive a full refund or a replacement item, any faulty / incorrect goods must be returned within 7 days in the same condition they were dispatched and in their original packaging.
Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable, except where an incorrect order has been dispatched.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged on return.  It is recommended that all returns are sent with adequate packaging and insurance to cover damage or loss.
Please be aware that we cannot make exceptions to these few conditions, and goods returned outside the time frame or without a printed copy of the emailed receipt will not be refunded and will be disposed of at our own discretion.

Errors
Any errors in the ordering process must be reported to Timeless Tiaras as soon as possible in order that they may be rectified.

Intended Use
Risk in goods shall pass to the customer on delivery and the Company shall not in any way be liable for any injury or loss resulting in any inappropriate use, inadequate care, neglect, process treatment or storage of goods after delivery.

This site is owned by Timeless Tiaras.  Designs and images are not to be copied.  Materials from this site may be not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form, or by any means without the permission of Timeless Tiaras.  Any unauthorised use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil action.
